“The owner is sweet, kindhearted and welcoming. The room is in the very center of the city in a traditional style appartement with very high ceilings that looks like a museum. Everything in Florence is available to visit in a 5-15 minutes walk. I highly recommend. I stayed with my daughter and we were more than happy.”

“Mario is a wonderful host. The rooms are perfectly located close to the centre of the old city and a short walk from the train station. Mario who makes a 10/10 porchetta sandwich was extremely accommodating. I will stay here the next time I am in Florence.”

“The facility was excellent. Two days before our arrival, the owner contacted us and took care of us finding the property until the last moment, offering a warm welcome and coffee. The facility is meters away from the center. The facility is a historic and excellent big house, big rooms, excellent cleanliness. Fruit, Coffee, all kinds of kitchen supplies, very clean bathroom and toilet. Very warm welcome, sweet and charming owner. Park price is high and you can't find empty spot in Italy but he helped us to find a parking spot and made price discount for us. Parking spot was good. He provided us with parking at a very cheap price. It was a perfect short holiday for our family.”

Mario is a terrific host, he is very attentive and really makes sure that you have everything you need. He also has a sandwich shop and makes amazing sandwiches. This was our second time staying there and won't be our last.”

“We were looking for accommodation in Florence for a couple of nights and chose Mario's apartments based on good reviews and have never regretted it! Everything turned out much better than we imagined. Mario is a very hospitable host. He met us downstairs near his shop where he sells very tasty sandwiches, which we immediately bought because we were hungry. In the apartment there was a bottle of wine from Mario and a vase with different fruits waiting for us. The apartment is very large, cozy and very clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed linen and towels were amazingly clean and smelled great. It felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. The bathroom was also very clean, my wife who is very sensitive about this issue was very pleased and did not find any flaws. In addition, the apartment is in the center of Florence and 2 minutes walk from all the attractions. We will definitely stay with Mario when we come to Florence next time. This is a real gem.”
